Today, we'd like to take a minute to spotlight some of our lunch options available for students. This one is a whole grain deep dish pizza with various sides.
Thank you to our CCISD Child Nutrition team for working to provide filling, nutritious meals for our students.

Several Mae Stevens students were recognized as being Upstanders, who are students who see something unkind and says something to address it and make it stop. Great job to these students!

Students in Mrs. Papson's and Ms. Russell's class read the book Glad Monster, Sad Monster. It talks about a monster who has many feelings and tells about everything that makes him feel that way. This story not only shows how you can have many different feelings, but it also explains things that can cause you to have those feelings. This gives our students words to express themselves, when they may otherwise not know how.
